Dr. Juan Arratia is the Director-Research Professor and Mentor  of the Virtual Saturday Research Academy. Also, he is the Team Leader of the  Citizen Diplomacy Action Fund Grant with sites in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Russia.

Dr. Leonid Zotov is the Deputy Director of the Virtual Saturday Research Academy at the Moscow, Russia site of the Citizen Diploma Action Fund Grant.
